AI Enablement

AI that works inside your operation, not beside it.

We don’t bolt a chatbot onto your mess. We layer AI directly into the systems your team already uses, so it reads your data, reasons about your workflows, and acts on your behalf.

  • Quote generation, content pipelines, daily ops scanning
  • Browser agents that survive UI changes instead of breaking
  • Running in production, not pitch decks

Where It Runs
In-system

Inside your Custom Portal. Not a chatbot next to it.

Not demos. Not POCs. Live in client systems.

At scale

Thousands of AI jobs running across client stacks.

Symptoms

Where AI usually goes wrong

Five signs your AI experiments aren’t landing in real work.

You have three chatbots and zero results. Someone on the team bought an AI tool. Nobody trained it on your data. Nobody integrated it into your workflow. It sits in a browser tab next to Slack. The team pretends to use it during demos and quietly ignores it the rest of the time.

Copy-paste purgatory. Someone asks ChatGPT for a draft, copies it, pastes it into the CRM, reformats it. AI “used”, no time saved.

Hallucinations on real data. AI confidently makes up client names, invoice numbers, or facts. Because nothing grounds it to the source of truth.

Brittle automations. A platform changes its UI. Your scraping scripts break. The whole pipeline goes down until someone rewrites it.

!

The 45-minute report grind. Someone on your team spends 45–60 minutes per client per week manually assembling the same report from the same tools.

The Approach

AI is stage 3. Not stage 1.

Foundation first. AI only works when it has clean data, clear workflows, and a system to write back into. That’s why we build the Company Brain and Custom Portal before we touch AI. By the time we get here, the AI has something real to work with.

Integrated, not bolted on. Our AI reads from your actual system, reasons about what it finds, and writes back into the same system your team uses. No exports. No copy-paste.

Production, not proof-of-concept. Every AI capability we build is running in a live client system. Real data flowing through real models into real workflows the team depends on.

Grounded in your data

Reads from the same canonical store the team uses. No hallucinated invoices.

Writes back into the system

Outputs become records. Not a draft to paste somewhere.

Self-healing agents

Browser agents that adapt to UI changes instead of breaking overnight.

Methodology

How we put AI in production

Four stages. From honest scoping to live AI running inside the system your team depends on.

01 / SCOPE

Define the output, not the tool

We start from a specific deliverable your team already produces by hand. Quotes, reports, creative briefs. Then we define what “good” looks like, with examples of passing and failing outputs.

02 / GROUND

Wire AI into the system of record

The AI reads from your canonical data source. The same place your team already trusts. No more hallucinations about clients, invoices, or jobs that don’t exist.

03 / LOOP

Human QA + feedback database

Every AI output gets reviewed, scored, and stored. The next run uses graded prior outputs as context. The AI doesn’t just run, it learns what your team treats as acceptable.

04 / PRODUCTION

Live, monitored, maintained

The AI runs every day inside your ops. We monitor quality, retrain prompts as your business changes, and adapt browser agents when platforms change. No one on your team maintains it.

Six ways we put AI to work

Each one runs on a real system. Your Custom Portal, your data, your workflows.

Daily ops scanning

AI reviews your accounts, pipelines, or client data every day and flags what needs attention. A system that checks for you and tells you what it found.

Quote & document generation

AI reads incoming requests, classifies the work, generates quotes with line items, and writes them straight into your system.

Content at scale

Full SEO content pipelines: research briefs, 2,000-word articles, meta descriptions. Generated by AI and written straight into your CMS.

Auto-assembled reporting

AI pulls data from ad platforms, CRM, call tracking, and form tools, then assembles a complete weekly or monthly report in minutes.

LLM browser & mobile agents

Agents that use browsers and phones like a human. Read the screen, reason, tap, scroll, navigate. They adapt when platforms change instead of breaking.

AI messaging & lead scoring

Persona-aware messaging. AI lead scoring that feeds your CRM. Sentiment analysis that auto-hides negatives and auto-responds to positives.

Perfect Fit

Who this is for

  • Teams with a custom portal or real system of record in place
  • Repetitive, structured work producing hundreds of outputs per month
  • Leaders willing to keep humans in the QA loop until the model is trusted
Not A Fit

Who this isn’t for

  • No mapped process or clean data, start with Ops Consulting
  • Looking for a chatbot slapped on the website
  • Anyone unwilling to review outputs (full-automation fantasies)
Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which AI models do you use?
Depends on the job. Claude for structured reasoning and MCP integrations. GPT for certain content generation. Specialized vision models for scoring. Browser agents on top of whichever frontier model adapts best to the target UI. We don’t marry a single vendor.
How do you stop AI from hallucinating?
Ground it in your system of record. The AI reads from your canonical data store and cites the records it used. If the answer can’t be traced to a record, the job fails loudly instead of silently inventing a fact.
Do we need a Company Brain first?
Usually yes. AI without a mapped process and clean data is where most of the 95% of failed AI rollouts live. If you’re already running a real system, we can scope AI directly. Otherwise we’ll suggest Ops Consulting first.
What happens when a platform changes its UI?
That’s why we use LLM browser agents instead of brittle scraping scripts. The agent reads the screen, reasons about where the button is now, and continues. Scripts break on UI changes. Vision-based agents adapt.
