Where Buzzlead was stuck
Nick was running Buzzlead solo with his co-founder Troy. Both are technical founders but neither had a deep ops background. As they scaled from a few clients to 20+, everything started breaking: manual reporting, broken Zapier automations, spreadsheet chaos, and no way to trust the numbers they were presenting to clients. Nick had tried hiring Upwork devs, building things himself in Make.com, and patching things together with friends. Nothing stuck.
What we built
We started with the Company Brain and identified every bottleneck. Then we systematically built out reporting and KPIs in Airtable with automated invoice generation via Stripe, interested leads dashboards with automatic phone number enrichment, client-facing portals showing active campaigns and historical meetings, and automated feedback loops. We also provided consulting on prioritization — helping Nick understand what to build first for maximum leverage, and how to structure the organization for growth.

Buzzlead grew 450-500% in 14 months. The current system is built to handle 10x current volume without breaking.
