Where Dripos was stuck
Alex was running a Twitter DM agency with 20+ client accounts on top of Dripi — and every weekly report was a 15-hour slog of Loom videos, logging into individual accounts, and checking which scripts were landing. Everything lived in sprawling Google Sheets that only his team understood. No central dashboard, no unified reporting, no SOP hub — just organized chaos. Dripi didn't even have a public API, so the tools Alex actually needed to see his business in one place didn't exist yet. He knew the spreadsheet model wasn't going to survive the next batch of clients.
What we built
We built the agency's backbone in Airtable — clients, accounts, proxies, campaigns, and stats all modeled as linked entities so one account could switch between clients without breaking the data. Since Dripi had no public API, we coordinated directly with the Dripi founder in Alex's Slack to get the endpoints we needed, then built the integration ourselves. We also shipped a Slack-bot onboarding flow with a real "book your call" button, a searchable SOP hub baked into the workflow, and a single reporting view. The whole thing held up for six months without change requests.
What happened next
Weekly reporting collapsed from a half-day marathon to a single Loom over one dashboard. Alex grew from ~20 accounts to 32 on the same system without it breaking — nothing was built that he later wished we hadn't built. New clients hit a polished, high-touch onboarding that other founders now ask him about by name. His team uses Airtable more than he does, because it's ingrained in the workflow. And the SOP hub lives where the work happens, not in some Google Drive folder no one opens after onboarding.
