Full Circle manages Amazon channels for major brands — including The Ridge Wallet, a $150M/year company. Ken had scaled from a few clients to 25 managing $200M in Amazon revenue with 65 team members across 12 countries. But onboarding a new client was a nightmare of manual contract signing, payment setup, Slack invitations, and kickoff coordination. The business was growing faster than the operational infrastructure could support.

What we built

We started with the Company Brain to map every process at Full Circle — a complex business with Amazon ad management, inventory, creative, and client communications all flowing simultaneously. Then we built a fully automated client onboarding system where a single form triggers contracts (synced via API), payments, Slack workspace provisioning, welcome videos, and a structured kickoff checklist. We also transitioned the entire team from spreadsheets to Airtable as the single source of truth.
