LetMeTalk helps high-ticket wealth coaches build million-dollar businesses through ads, client acquisition, and sales team structures. What we built
We rebuilt LetMeTalk's entire operational foundation. We streamlined client fulfillment to cut delivery time by 3x. We built automated client onboarding (contract → payment → Slack invite → kickoff form → welcome video → first checklist) triggered by a single form. We consolidated communication into Slack so customer satisfaction and team efficiency both went up. And we restructured staff around what was actually needed instead of the bloated team that was draining payroll.
