We built automated client onboarding (contract → payment → Slack invite → kickoff form → welcome video → first checklist) triggered by a single form. We consolidated communication into Slack so customer satisfaction and team efficiency both went up. And we restructured staff around what was actually needed instead of the bloated team that was draining payroll.
