Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OpsKings LLC (“OpsKings,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit opskings.com (the “Site”) or interact with our services.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Site and respond to inquiries:
- Information you give us — when you book a call, fill out a form, or email us. Typically your name, email address, company, and whatever else you choose to include.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files placed by our embedded third-party tools (Wistia for video, Typeform for booking) to make those features work and measure usage. See Cookies below.
- Server and analytics logs — standard data your browser sends, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Used for security, debugging, and aggregate traffic analysis.
We don’t collect health information, payment card details, or government identification numbers through this Site.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your message or schedule a call.
- To improve the Site (which content people read, where they get stuck).
- To keep the Site secure and detect abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t use it to train AI models. We don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Typeform — processes your booking and contact form submissions. Their privacy policy.
- Calendly — schedules calls and stores meeting metadata. Their privacy policy.
- Wistia — hosts video and reports anonymous viewing analytics. Their privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and provides standard server logs. Their privacy policy.
- Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4 — aggregate analytics about how visitors use the Site (pageviews, scroll depth, outbound links). Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Their privacy policy.
We may also share data when required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect our rights, property, or safety. If we’re ever acquired or merge with another company, your data would transfer with the business under the same terms.
4. How long we keep it
We retain personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, plus a reasonable period for legal records and dispute resolution. As a rule of thumb:
- Contact form submissions: up to 24 months after our last interaction.
- Server logs: typically 90 days.
- Cookies: see Cookies below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request that we delete it.
- Opt out of certain processing activities.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email us at support@opskings.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We’ll respond within 30 days.
California residents: the CCPA/CPRA gives you specific rights, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EU/UK residents: we process personal data on the lawful bases of legitimate interest, consent (for non-essential cookies), and contractual necessity (when responding to your inquiry). Data is processed in the United States; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers where required.
7. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, though, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page or, if we have your email, sent to you directly.
