We already use ServiceTitan / Jobber / Housecall Pro. Why build custom?
Those tools are great for generic home services. If your business has unique workflows, specialty trades, commercial jobs, multi-service operations, you end up working around the tool instead of with it. A custom system works the way YOUR business works.
Will my crews actually use a new app in the field?
Only if it’s faster than how they work now. We build mobile-first for field use: simple forms, voice notes, photo capture, offline mode. If it takes more than 30 seconds to log a job, we’ve failed.
How does it handle emergency and same-day jobs?
That’s a core requirement we design around. Emergency jobs can be added with two taps, automatically reshuffling the schedule and notifying the nearest available crew.
What about our existing customer list and job history?
We migrate everything. Your customer database, service history, and historical notes all come with you.
Do we need good WiFi on every job site?
No. The mobile app works offline, crews can complete jobs, capture photos, and collect signatures without cell service. Data syncs automatically when they’re back in range.
